Norm is the gracious shop owner, who is very knowledgeable about angels and can tell you the guardian angel assigned to you the day you were born! There are many gorgeous angel figurines, card decks, suncatchers, and other magickal angel gifts, and now some fairies and goddesses will be thrown into the mix!! Faith is the magickal shop mistress, who is also a third degree Priestess in the Celtic/Druidic Tradition. She operates 2 covens: the Circle of the Sword-n-Stone and the Enchanted Circle, and also teaches a class at the Manchester Community College on Witchcraft and Magickal Studies. Sandy and her daughter Shawna run the show, and together they are a great team. The shop is fantastic, and getting better by the day as they add a reading room and a Reiki room. The sound of running water takes you away as you enter the shop, and soon you realize it comes from a huge waterfall in the back corner of the store. Mystic Aquarium is a great trip any time of the year, and you can't call it a day without wandering through Olde Mystic Village. Make sure to stop into Mystical Elements beautiful new shop! She immediately fell in love with the place. As her friend had her reading, Jennifer flipped through the beautiful cards, and prints, dreaming of some day when maybe her own artwork would be displayed within the store. The lovely Maureen, one of two owners, helped make that dream come true. Now, eight years later, the shop has had such success in Old Mystic, that they've opened a second store in East Lyme, CT! The shop's owner, Allison, and Jennifer share a love of moonstones, and there's plenty of moonstone jewelry choose from in the shop! They will even craft custom spell kits for you! If you're visiting Mohegan Sun Casino, stop in--they're only two miles away. Pandora's Box carries Jennifer's Open Edition Prints, Mouse Pads, Keychains, and Incense. Thistle Glass Crafts 50 Maple Street Ellington, CT 06029 PH: 860-875-3895 Great things come in small packages, and that is exactly what you'll find at Thistle Glass Crafts. It's a small store/workshop, where Mary, the magickal craftswoman, created the most beautiful jewelry and glass artwork. She crafted a moonstone necklace for Jennifer in under a minute! Mary is also a Reiki practitioner, and when the table is not being used, the shop's kitty keeps it warm for the next client. Thistle Glass Crafts carries Jennifer's Open Edition Prints. |
